What data we collect
Account data (email, auth identifiers), tool access permissions, tool request records, and tool inputs you provide (including addresses or images used in supported tools).
Why we collect it
We process personal data to provide account access, deliver requested services, support users, prevent misuse, and secure the platform.
Legal basis
Contract (service delivery), legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and consent where tool-specific processing requires it.
Retention
Account-linked records are retained while an account remains active. Consent and audit records are retained for compliance evidence. Closed-account data is deleted according to documented retention jobs.
Sub-processors
Current providers include Supabase (auth/database), Google Cloud Vision (OCR for eligible tools), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (geocoding), and Railway (hosting). See Trust Center for processor overview.
Your rights
You can request access/export, deletion, and correction of personal data. Use the dashboard Settings page for self-service export and deletion, or contact us for assistance.
